I take a compassionate and curious approach to working with clients who struggle with food addiction, binge eating, disordered eating, other substance and behavioural addictions and complex trauma. I am person-centred, trauma-informed, and trained in Internal Family Systems therapy. Many clients are embarking on their recovery journey and are seeking relief from very acute addictive behaviours. Others are seeking longer-term psychotherapy to heal the wounds underlying those addictions. I have lived experience of food addiction & disordered eating and it's an honour to support you on your journey. I'm based in Sydney, Australia and see clients online via zoom.
